Dr. Maya Chapman (Co-owner)
Dr. Chapman was born in Texas and grew up in Hunstville, AL. She moved to Niceville in 2005 after graduating veterinary school and practiced up in Crestview for nine years. In the summer of 2014 she left the clinic in Crestview to open her own place locally. She is married to Stewart Chapman and has a daughter...Charlee (born 2012), two dogs: Sioux (an aussie/heeler mix) and Ammo (German shorthair pointer).
Dr. Chapman has three degrees all from Auburn University: 1999 BS in Animal Science, 2001 MS in Equine Nutrition and Biochemistry, 2005 DVM from College of Veterinary Medicine. WAR EAGLE!
Dr. Chapman loves the outdoors. During the summer months you can find her in her spare time somewhere on the water...either the ocean fishing or the local creeks and rivers. She loves cobia fishing and bottom fishing. She spends her spare time in the winter months with her family in the woods where they hunt, camp and relax. She also likes to dabble in wildlife/outdoor photography. For quiet time she is an avid reader, especially of science fiction/fantasy.
In order to stay in shape, Dr. Chapman participates in trail running, weight lifting, yoga and hiking. She enjoys participating in local 5k races with her friends when she gets the chance.
Dr. Chapman is a member of the local Miracle Strip Veterinary Society, Florida VMA, and AVMA. She is also a Lifetime Member of the Auburn Alumni Association.

Dr. Sarah Ham (Co-Owner)
Dr. Sarah Ham was born in Birmingham and grew up in Athens, AL. She attended undergrad at University of Alabama and Auburn University. She got 2 degrees from Auburn: a BS in Animal Science in 2000 and in 2006 a DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine. Despite her deep and abiding love for Auburn University Dr. Ham has remained an Alabama fan through it all. Roll Tide!!
After graduating from vet school Dr. Ham practiced in Texas for a year and then moved to Southeastern Illinois where she worked primarily on cattle for 10 years. Having enough of the snow and looking for a change, she finally listened to her best friend, Dr. Chapman, and moved back home to the South. And she is so glad she did!
Dr. Ham is married to Jeremy Ham and they have two daughters: Dylan (born 2008) and Madeline (born 2011). They have two energetic outside dog, a redbone coonhound named Isabelle, a Plott hound name Tallulah, and one bitey-scratchy outdoor cat named Morris. Inside they have a feisty Siamese-cross, Walter; a tabby scaredy-cat, PJ, and two Texel guinea pigs: Hazel and Holly.
In her free time Dr. Ham loves to go camping with her family in their pop-up camper where they enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing and fishing. She also loves gardening, canning and reading fantasy/fiction. Her Family also loves exploring Florida's springs, bays, and bayous in their bay boat and taking long weekend trips to Disney world.
Dr. Ham likes to stay active by running and hiking. She has enjoyed the variety of runs in this area from challenging mud runs to the Seaside Half.

Dr. Adria Yeager
Dr. Yeager grew up on a dairy farm in the Pacific Northwest, near Bellingham, Washington. She attended Washington State University for both her Bachelor’s degree in animal science and her doctorate in veterinary medicine. Go Cougs! In 2009, she graduated from veterinary school and followed her husband to New Mexico, where she practiced for 13 years before moving to Florida.
Dr. Yeager is married to her husband John, and they have two daughters, Chloe and Heidi. Their furry and fluffy family includes: Penenelope Unicorn the Goldendoodle, kitties: Mango & Pepito, goats: Truffle and Cocoa, and 9 chickens: Cholla, Daisy, Indigo, Violet, Aspen, Blackberry, Dandelion, Parsnip and Pansy. In her time off, Dr. Yeager enjoys paddle boarding, spending time at the beach, building things, lifting weights, skiing, hiking, shopping, and spending time with her girls.
Dr. Yeager is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the American Veterinary Medicine Association.
